IIn the Spring of 2007 I finally graduated from Arizona State University with my psychology degree while at the same time training to compete in my very first show ever!!! After hours of studying while dieting and training, I competed in the AZ Max Muscle show in June, and with the help of the most amazing woman I have met, Tricia Travis, I won Heavyweight Class, which was a huge accomplishment for be, being that three days prior I completed my final class at ASU.

I am originally from Greenville South Carolina but moved her in the Winter of 1999  and worked as a flight attendant for many years. After 9/11, I left the airlines and took a medical desk job with Banner Health and shortly there after met my husband. We reside in Tempe Arizona and have a beautiful little 3-year-old named Kaizer.

My future goal is to continue to compete at national level, and also promote healthy lifestyles in women, especially African American women.....

As I would like to take all the credit for my competing, I owe a lot to Tricia for her amazing influence in my life, and my husband, who has supported me since day one. But the main person is my son. Who inspires me to be great...... muah! xoxo
